Joana Vasconcelos: Wedding Cake

In June, Waddesdon Manor will open Joana Vasconcelos’ Wedding Cake to the public. The twelve-metre-tall ceramic sculptural pavilion adds to the garden folly tradition, as a symbol of love, festivity, and joy. The project is the latest in a series of collaborations between Albion, the Rothschild Foundation and the artist.

Nick Knight: Roses from my Garden

Roses from my Garden displayed the rose as an enduring symbol of beauty. Photographed on an iPhone, the digital images of roses are enlarged and filtered through software that uses AI to infill the space between pixels, calling to attention the painterly qualities of the blossoms themselves.
